Martin is the founder and Managing Director of CJC and leads our Customer Experience strategy and planning. He is an MBA qualified Customer Experience consultant.

He spent most of his early career in Direct Marketing helping leading brands improve customer loyalty and retention and developing customer contact strategies.

Before founding CJC Martin was Marketing Director for an insurance company, the UKs largest over 50’s escorted tour operator, a leading web analytics company and I Want One of Those.com.  He has also held senior roles at several top London marketing agencies.

He has lead major Customer Experience transformation projects for NHS, SKY, AXA, Wolseley, HomeServe, Stannah and Workspace.

Major Customer Contact Strategy work has been for CSMA Club, Nationwide Building Society, Forte Hotels, RBS and Unipart.
