They retained Customer Journey Consultancy to work with a cross functional team to map the end-to-end experience from customers’ becoming aware of Fishpools through to after sales care, recommendation and repeat purchase. We have been helping them identify and prioritise a wide range of changes they could make.
Our focus has been how they can learn from best practice across multiple industry sectors to create stand out experiences through small things that build on their brand values. They are now working hard to deliver those improved experiences consistently.
