Before becoming a CX Consultant, Claire worked in software industries, pharma, and healthcare in senior Sales and Account Management roles.  After completing an MBA she become Head of Customer Services where she spearheaded the development of service improvement and continuous improvement. She helped increase customer satisfaction scores by 36% and reduced attrition to 8%.
