Fiona has 20 years of experience working for a variety of leading corporations, where she has focused on putting customers at the heart of evidence-based decision making. Prior to being a management consultant, Fiona was Head of Research & Insight at Fidelity.
Fiona is an effective customer experience consultant who is focused on delivering innovative customer centric change solutions. Skills include journey mapping, CX strategy design, CX measurement, using customer feedback to create value and change, and the ability to inspire organisation at all levels to put customers at the heart of decision making.

Recently Fiona introduced a customer experience measurement framework for a large pharmaceutical company and worked with a global training and development company to design a CX strategy and coach the Head of CX for its delivery.
