Linda is a senior customer journey mapping consultant and marketer.
Before moving to CX in 2006 Linda held senior management positions for Nestle, Nabisco and Royal Mail delivering strategy, commercial and marketing disciplines and managing budgets of up to £20M.
She has been mapping customer journeys for nearly 20 years, initially working with Mulberry Consulting before joining Customer Journey Consultancy. She has worked with a wide range of clients helping them to; understand their customer journeys, develop and improve their customer experience model, implement and manage major change transformation, cost reduction and internal restructuring.
As a part of her CX work she provides coaching and mentoring.
