Lucy leads our qualitative research work and is a highly experienced customer insight specialist and skilled researcher with over 25 years-experience.
Before specialising in customer journey insight Lucy worked in a variety of roles in the FMCG industry rising to category manager for M&S foods.
For the past 10 years she has worked exclusively in qualitative research using techniques that include focus groups, depth interviews, and online communities. She has broad experience that range from the building and home improvement sector (B&Q, Screwfix, Stannah), Media (Disney), property (Workspace, GreenSquare Housing, NHS Property Services), food (Costa, Yeo Valley) and retail (ASDA, BiGDUG).
She works in both the B2B and Consumer arenas and combines strong analytical skills and ingenious thinking with a collaborative style to deliver meaningful and actionable strategies.
