Customer Journey Mapping webinar

We are delighted that Martin will be speaking at a webinar about Customer Journey Mapping on Thursday 17th March 2022 from 14:00 to 15:00.

The theme is “Making Customer Journey Mapping Easier”.

In his short section Martin will reflect on some key learnings from over 20 years mapping and CX experience working with a very wide range of organisations spanning financial services, media, housing, telecommunications, housing and charities.

The event is hosted by our good friends at Call Centre Helper, Martin will share the platform with Alex Mead from Customer Service Experience and Brian Mistretta from NICE CXone.
