We are delighted that NHS Property Services have chosen to appoint CJC (Customer Journey Consultancy) to help them deliver a major Journey Mapping project. The team at CJC have been asked to:
- Develop Personas of the key customer types
- Conduct research to validate those Personas and understand their experiences of dealing with NHS Property Services
- Work with Client teams from every function around the country to map 10 key customer journeys
- To help support and upskill an inhouse team so they can map the remaining 4 journeys
- To develop a roadmap recommending how the organisation should prioritise and deliver change
