Remote learning – does it work?

During these exceptional times many organisations are taking the opportunity to provide staff training remotely; but can training via Zoom or Teams really work?

We continue to deliver training on a wide range of topics, albeit remotely.  These include Customer Experience theory and techniques, how to run a Customer Journey mapping workshop and how to turn insight into change. See more.

Recent feedback from the post course evaluations have been very interesting and may give you confidence.

Recommendation of the courses remains high at 8.9 out of 10.  Perhaps more interestingly every delegate has agreed that attending the course via Zoom and remote working made no difference at all to the value they gained form the course.  Only one participant (a Director) cited Zoom fatigue as an issue.

Naturally we have made changes and chunked the content into shorter parts and deliver it to smaller groups (6 – 8 is ideal) but these changes seem to have done the trick.

If you’ve not done any online training yourselves yet I hope this gives you the confidence to do so.  If you’d like to chat more about training do get in touch.  I’ll leave you with a quote from one delegate.

“I thought it was all really good. The 90-minute sessions were just right and the course content was very good. It’s a good platform for us to begin this work.”
